So far so good!
Like the app and good way to track progress.
1. can you add weight, like your weight at beginning of each week.
2. Graph chart with user selectable elements, like week weight from #1, weight used in workouts, endurance like reps in workouts. Basically the chart will show a linear increase in weights used in training, increasing or decreasing body weight and endurance of how you stack up with your reps or cardio workouts.
3. Forgot about cardio, need time spent on treadmill for instance and milage covered.
Not user friendly.

This app is descent if you want to add workouts with basic sets. It is not very user friendly. I need an app that I can input sets that aren't your basic 3 x 10. All around this app is not the greatest for someone who wants organization.
